B&B insurance

Also known as hospitality insurance, B&B insurance caters for those businesses in the hospitality industry, but are usually reserved for smaller guesthouses, boutique hotels and bed and breakfasts. Combining business insurance and home insurance, B&B insurance covers policyholders from events such as fire, flood and structural damage, while also providing liability insurance should a guest get injured on the premises. B&B insurance also covers loss of income should the guesthouse have to close as a result of damage repair, or loss. As most B&Bs and smaller hospitality providers operate from their homes, B&B insurance functions as a home-based business insurance policy, while covering the same perils common to a home insurance policy.
