- If your tyres are worn and this leads to your vehicle skidding or slipping into another person’s car your insurer can deny the claim.
- If the person driving the vehicle at the time of the accident is not on the list of drivers approved to drive your vehicle.
- If your driver’s license has expired.
- If the car is not roadworthy.
- If the car has undergone modifications that have not been approved by the insurer.
- If you were driving over the legal alcohol limit.
- If you have an accident on a racetrack.
